In its unique distillation process, a flavorful and locally sourced blend of fruits, chiles, citrus, raisins, cinnamon, and clove is added after the second distillation. The third and final distillation is completed with the addition of a succulent marinated chicken, resulting in a one of a kind mezcal experience.
