DEL MAGUEY MEZCAL TOBAZICHEDel Maguey Tobaziche is an artisanal mezcal produced in San Luis Del Rio using wild maguey of the Karwinskii family. This rare agave lends its unique characteristics of smokiness, peatiness, and earthiness to the mezcal, alongside an undercurrent of citrus sweetness. The mezcal is naturally fermented in open air wooden vats, and recently released as part of La Maison du Whiskys Cellar Book series.
