Hand harvested and gently pressed, then fermented in wood and aged on the lees until 2020 for added depth and finesse. Bottled using the traditional agraf method, this Brut Nature cuve is precise, structured, and elegantly mineral. Disgorged in July 2023, with only 2,950 bottles produced.
