Walking PolesThese walking sticks are made for activity and movement, just like you. The poles are made of 6061 aluminum with rubber handles for good grip and feel and with wrist straps designed like gloves. The wrist straps are easy to adjust and ensure you don't have to strain to hold the pole and allow you to take full range of motion even during brisk walks. The length of the rods can be adjusted between 105 140 cm and adjusted with the simple "twist lock"
