Early Stone Fruit Lemon HalfI'm always looking for old stone fruit examples of fruits sliced in half, showing the interior flesh and seeds (pears seem to be the most often seen), but they're precious and usually way beyond me. This lemon has certainly seen some tossing around in the proverbial bowl, but I was very happy to find it, and the carving of believable citrus skin in marble always amazes me! Great (and very believable) form to the exterior here, with original wooden
